1. Legal Status
AlimUp is a technological tool for automating document drafting. We are NOT a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
2. No Right of Withdrawal
By starting the generation process, you agree to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge you lose your right to withdraw from the contract (Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).
3. Full Agreement
Please refer to the Polish version (Regulamin) for the legally binding terms and dispute resolution procedures.
